life is wonderful.

So I have been in Snowflake without my husband since Monday until friday. I am a nany for Brett and Nicki Brewer, I LOVE THEIR FAMILY! They have fall break all week so we are here for break. Their kids are great and so much fun. Kadee(12yrs.) is full of energy and a great helper, mom better be careful she is beautiful and all the boys "crush on her". Marisa(10yrs.) is such a cute goof, she loves her friends and she loves to entertain.Logan(6yrs.) cutest boy on earth only boy in the family. SO athletic and 150% all boy, plus he break dances for me. Jesse(3yrs.) She has grown up so much in the last few months, talking and listening and helping gives the greatest hugs to! AND Laney(2) well so adorable, very mature and talks like crazy. Discovered she sings twinkle rock star style and full of spunk I never get bored of her! I love these kids so much and spending the week in Snowflake has been great. Tiring, but great. Pumkin picking and carving, zip lining, rock band, movies, lunch, parks, pictures! The Brewer family is so wonderful I am so grateful I get to work with such a great family. I do miss Preston though and can't wait to see him. (plus he got me a new car, which I LOVE). I have been such a lucky girl lately, life is wonderful. * i will post pictures of our fun week soon*

yes doesn't it look amazing! and i kid you not... its SOOO yummy! :) I will give you the recipe just as soon as I figure out where Andrew found it.... he's at school right now! :) but i do have another recipe for you that is yummy....

Creamy Chicken & Pasta Bake

1 1/2 C. rotini pasta, uncooked
1 small bunch broccoli, cut into florets (about 3 cups)
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 C. chicken broth
2 oz. philadelphia neufchatel cheese, cubed
1 C. mozzarella cheese, divided
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

1. Preheat oven 375 degrees. Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli for the last 3 min.
2. Meanwhile, cook chicken on stovetop til no longer pink. Stir in broth and simmer 3 minutes or until chicken is done. Add neufchatel cheese; cook and stir on low heat until melted. Stir in 1/2 C. mozzarella
3. Drain pasta and broccoli. Add chicken mixture; mix slightly. Spoon into 8 in. square baking dish; cover.
4. Bake 15 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake uncovered until melted. Let stand 5 min.

I'll get that other recipe to you ASAP! love yuh!! :)
